Baby Update: Still Hilariously Ridiculous :)

Sunshine is most fascinated by Jonah-bear when we put him down on his play mat — she figures, when the new puppy is at her level, surely that means she’s allowed to lick him.  Right?  Right?  😉

So far (knock on wood), Jonah seems to have inherited his parents’ sleeping habits — (a) he likes sleeping (yay! so do we!), (b) he can sleep through anything (even the doorbell ringing and the dog barking like mad to let us know the doorbell’s ringing), and (c) sometimes he sleeps with his eyes a little bit open, just like his dad!  (Yeah, it’s really weird!)

On the other hand, when he’s awake, he’s very awake!

So much to see!  So much to do!  So many adorable outfits to wear!

(And yes, those are socks we’re using as makeshift mittens on his hands — just until we finish his latest manicure!)  ;-)

I know, one day I’ll have to go back to writing real blogs (and, oh yeah, actual writing, too!), but I hope you can put up with a few more baby photo posts in the meanwhile…we are pretty much spending all our time staring at him right now.  :-)  We made a person!  And he’s the funniest thing in the world!  It’s so crazy!  And endlessly fascinating!  Well, to us, anyhow.  😉
