Thankful for Piles of Puppies! :-)
Hey! Where’s the blog this week, eh?
Yeah! Slacker! You don’t look busy to us!
Sorry, everyone — I’ve been finishing a manuscript AND I am BURIED IN DOGS! There are THREE dogs in the house at the moment, all trying to sit on my lap AT THE SAME TIME. And one of them is THREE TIMES Sunshine’s size, so, it’s a bit ridiculous.
Who, me? Did somebody say ridiculous?
And when they’re not all climbing on me, this is going on:
Crazy rolling and roawring and chewing and biting and crazy-facing! All day long! Super hyper ridiculousness!
Poor Sunshine, just waiting for them to go home so she can have some peace and quiet again. 🙂
Unfortunately for her (but hilariously for us), they’re here for TWO MORE WEEKS! They’re the Thanksgiving guests who never leave! And their favorite thing to do is flop on top of us, especially if anyone is silly enough to fall asleep on the couch…
Sure looks like he WANTS us to all sit on him!
That plus regular Thanksgiving made the week a little crazy…but we’ll be back next week (I hope! unless something else bananas happens!). But happy Thanksgiving to all of you! This year I am thankful for cheeseburgers and pizza and mac & cheese and steak and fries and banana bread and chocolate meringue cookies and ice cream and pancakes and…can you tell I’m pregnant? 😉
And I’m extra-specially thankful for YOU ALL, for reading my books and my blog and joining me on Facebook! You guys rock! :-) :-) :-) Hooray!
